Path: Marketing > Lists > Edit List > or > Create New List

A new checkbox has been added to the List functionality of the platform that allows Brokers and Admins to open up the members of that list to Agents.

When enabled, agents will have the ability to send an email marketing event to all members of a company list regardless of who the lead/contact is assigned to.

To use this functionality simply select the box when creating the list.


If the "Allow Agents To Use This List For Their Campaigns?" box is checked and an agent adds their personal leads to the list, other agents will be able to market to those leads even though the lead is assigned to another agent.
