Get your agents to call their leads in a timely manner with the Click to Call. This feature on the Boston Logic Platform makes it extremely easy for agents to follow-up with potential clients. When an agent is assigned or claims a lead, they will receive an email and/or SMS with a button or link to call the lead.
If this feature is activated by the brokerage in the platform, a one-click button will appear on the leads results list or lead details page in the back end of the Boston Logic
Once the agent clicks the button, they will receive a call. A voice recording will then state the lead’s name and proceed to dial their phone number.
The call details (date, duration, status, leads, agent, etc.) will be recorded into the system as an Event in the Lead’s detail page, which will help agents better keep track of their interactions with clients.
