Path: Settings > Configuration > Leads > Lead Assignment

1.) Login into your admin portal and go to Settings > Configuration.

2.) Click on the Lead Tab.

3.) Scroll down to where it says “Auto Assign Leads,” and check the box. 

4. Click the “Save Settings” button.

  • It has been enabled for the site. Now it must be enabled for individual accounts.

5.) Go to Office tools > Agents and Brokers.

6.) Click the edit pencil button in line with the desired agent.

7.) Check “In the Auto Assignment Queue”.

8.) Click “Update Broker/Agent.”

9.) Repeat steps 6-8 for all desired agents.
