Virtual Documents is a tool which lets you fill out your commonly used paperwork automatically, but filling in details about a lead and an MLS listing or rental property. Any documents you have stored can, if the fields on the form permit, be associated with a lead and all of their personal information, plus all relevant details about a property. Simply create a document and choose a lead and/or a listing and the Sequoia platform automatically creates a PDF of your document, pre-filled with your lead and listing information.
